Join the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis as an IT Service Desk Employee, a pivotal role ensuring the smooth operation of digital systems for nearly 200,000 citizens. You will be the primary point of contact for employees' digital needs, handling IT support tickets, installing and configuring workstations, and documenting IT processes. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable work environment with flexible working hours, home office options, and 30 days of annual leave. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT profession (e.g., Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Digitalisierungsmanagement, Kaufmann/Kauffrau für IT-System-Management) or equivalent vocational training with at least three years of relevant documented experience.

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in an IT profession (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Management) OR completed vocational training with at least three years of documented professional experience in the described tasks.
  • Professional experience in IT support and service desk operations.
  • Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft Office, and common IT systems.
  • Experience in documenting IT processes and creating user guides.
