Join a dynamic Human Resources department in a public administration setting. Required Skills
Education
Qualification for the A 11 LBesO civil servant status in Administration and Finance, or completion of administrative training course II, or a university degree in Human Resource Management (or a university degree with several years of HR experience). Alternatively, qualification for the second entry level of Administration and Finance with several years of HR experience and willingness to complete further training for A 11 LBesO status. Also considered: completed training as an administrative specialist or administrative training course I with several years of HR experience and willingness to complete administrative training course II. A three-year apprenticeship with completed further training as a certified HR specialist with willingness to complete further company training is also accepted.
Experience
- Professional experience in Human Resource Management or relevant HR functions
- Experience in public administration law or civil service law
- Experience in handling labor law and disciplinary matters
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in Business Integration Management (BEM)

- Willingness to undergo further training/qualification. Ability to work independently, responsibly, and flexibly. Negotiation skills, confident demeanor, and assertiveness in conflict situations.
