Job Summary

As an Equipment Engineer specializing in Metrology, you will be instrumental in achieving a zero-defect rate by ensuring high quality through proactive planning and cost-conscious operations. Your role involves the repair, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment, specifically within Metrology (OCD) systems. You will commission new equipment, collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers, and drive continuous efficiency improvements and cost reductions by streamlining maintenance processes. This position offers the opportunity to actively participate in cross-departmental projects, contribute to strategic planning, and report on key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for creating maintenance instructions and training maintenance staff, making this a hands-on role focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement in a complex, high-tech environment.
