Job Summary
This role is responsible for the technical availability, measurement accuracy, and further development of metrology tools within a cleanroom environment. You will manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of metrology equipment, including calibration and re-qualification to ensure accuracy and stability. The position involves commissioning new tools, analyzing measurement deviations, and coordinating with OEM support and external suppliers. Key responsibilities also include creating maintenance instructions, KPI reporting, and conducting technical training. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, be a qualified electrician, possess strong hands-on skills with optical measurement techniques and laser technology, and have experience with SAP and technical data analysis.

Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, supplemented by a qualification as an electrician.

- Professional experience as an Equipment Engineer
- Strong hands-on competence
- Profound understanding of optical measurement methods, laser technology, and process media
