Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Release & Quality Manager to join a growing product segment within Siemens Digital Industries Software. In this role, you will own the integrated release plan, proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, and facilitate agile ceremonies like PI Planning and retrospectives. You will balance scope, timing, and quality to reduce patch volumes and improve early quality signals. A key part of your responsibility will be defining release criteria, organizing test days, and partnering with Architecture on security. You will also lead 3rd-level support engineers, providing prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a collaborative Agile Release Train environment, working with approximately 40 contributors across 6 Scrum teams.
