Job Summary
Join the Bundeswehr as a Simulator System Operator, a full-time, permanent role focused on maintaining and operating a new indoor shooting range facility. Your day-to-day will involve managing advanced interactive target systems, generating hit analysis reports, preparing video recordings, and ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the range for military personnel. You'll also perform daily system startups, work in projectile catch areas, conduct cleaning, and execute basic construction tasks. This position requires electrical maintenance on the facility's technical systems, ensuring documentation is up-to-date, and managing maintenance/repair orders. The role offers an attractive salary based on public service pay scales (TVöD E8) and the opportunity to participate in sports and health programs. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or Electrician for Operational Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in control and regulation technology of technical systems, safety lighting systems, fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems, and general electrical systems for building infrastructure.
- At least two years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas.
- Experience with MS Office applications and standard email applications.
- Experience as an electrician for energy and building technology or for operational technology.
