Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Bundeswehr's new recruitment and assessment center in Offenburg. Your daily responsibilities include conducting and evaluating complex aptitude diagnostic tests for civilian and military career paths, performing applicant interviews, and overseeing the operational management of the testing center. You will be responsible for quality assurance, training new staff, and maintaining the Computer-Assisted Testing (CAT) infrastructure and software. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, administrative, and diagnostic environment. You will work independently while coordinating with a team to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
