Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Bundeswehr's new recruitment and assessment center in Offenburg. Your daily responsibilities include conducting and evaluating complex aptitude diagnostic tests for civilian and military career paths, performing applicant interviews, and overseeing the operational management of the testing center. You will be responsible for quality assurance, training new staff, and maintaining the Computer-Assisted Testing (CAT) infrastructure and software. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, administrative, and diagnostic environment. You will work independently while coordinating with a team to ensure efficient recruitment processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant, Administrative Specialist, Office Management Clerk, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative or medical support roles
  • Experience in coordinating operational workflows or test centers
  • Experience in maintaining software or technical office equipment
  • Willingness to complete specialized training (PsychADBw levels 1-3)

  • Must commit to the liberal democratic basic order under the Basic Law; participation in a medical examination for recruitment is required; willingness to undergo temporary training at the Bundeswehr Career Center in Stuttgart; must be able to provide certified German translations for foreign documents and recognition of foreign educational degrees.
