Job Summary
The State Building Authority Kempten is seeking an IT Specialist for System Integration to support its extensive IT operations. This role involves providing general user support via the IT hotline, technical and functional support for the IT infrastructure (including remote sites), and monitoring IT systems to quickly resolve issues. Key responsibilities include managing network technology (switches, cabling, internet connectivity), user and access rights administration, and supporting communication and media technology (VoIP, mobile phones, media equipment). The position also requires installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software in client and server environments, including Windows 11, virtualization, and software distribution tools like Baramundi, as well as participating in IT projects and the introduction of new technologies.
