We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer (FH/TH) / Bachelor / Master to lead road planning projects for the State Construction Office Kempten. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for managing planning departments, overseeing new construction, expansion, and renovation projects, and ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage tender processes for external planning services, and oversee permitting procedures. Experience with BIM methods in road construction is a plus. Required Skills
Education
Diplomingenieur/in (FH/TH) or Bachelor/Master in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Surveying, or similar engineering fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in road planning and design
- Experience with permitting procedures
- Experience with BIM methods (preferred)
- Experience with CAD systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) and public procurement law (preferred)
