Job Summary

INTILION AG is seeking a Construction Manager for Electrical Engineering to oversee the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems from site setup to completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure high quality standards, and manage communication with all project stakeholders, including commissioning and project management teams. A key responsibility is ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations and creating HSE documents. You will also support service partners and subcontractors with maintenance work. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical trades, engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in construction site management, preferably in plant engineering. Familiarity with medium-voltage systems and a passion for renewable energy are essential. Excellent German and good English skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region (4-5 days/week), are required.
