Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Manager for Electrical Engineering to oversee the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. This role involves managing projects from site setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and managing safety regulations (HSE). You will collaborate with project management and commissioning teams, and support service partners during maintenance. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical trades, engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in construction site management, preferably in plant engineering. Familiarity with medium-voltage systems and a passion for renewable energy are essential. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician/Electronics Technician/Mechatronics Technician with several years of professional experience, further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician, or an Electrical Engineering degree.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience after completing vocational training as an electrician/electronics technician/mechatronics technician, or equivalent study.
  • Experience in construction site management, ideally with a focus on plant engineering.
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, preferably as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching.
  • Experience in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality standards.
  • Experience in managing safety regulations and creating risk assessments.
