An international insurance company is seeking an Administrator for Occupational Pension Schemes (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge) to manage employee pension plans. You will also handle pension applications, ensure timely pension payments, calculate benefit entitlements, and serve as the primary contact for beneficiaries regarding occupational pension matters, providing first-level support on selected topics. The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, specialized knowledge and professional experience in managing occupational pension schemes, and experience in social security and administration. Strong German language skills are essential for this role.
