Job Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Laboratory Technician in Freising, contributing to the production of safe and delicious products. Your day-to-day will involve performing chemical-physical, sensory, or microbiological analyses on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, from milk intake to the final product. You will document results, collaborate with quality management, production, and technical departments, and support research and development with new product analysis and method validation. This role requires a vocational training in a relevant field, ideally with practical experience in microbiological and/or chemical-physical laboratory analytics. The position operates on a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays, compensated with attractive allowances and additional vacation days. If you are accurate, reliable, flexible, and possess good German language skills, you are the ideal candidate.
