This role involves the conceptual design and technical planning of primary electrical engineering solutions for substations. You will be responsible for selecting key components like transformers and switchgear, creating detailed planning documents using CAD systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards (IEC, VDE). The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative technology projects across various sectors, working with leading clients. You'll collaborate with adjacent disciplines and external partners, engage in early project phases like cost calculation, and support on-site commissioning and acceptance processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification (e.g., state-certified technician / master craftsman).
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in planning energy technology systems, ideally in a substation environment.
- Proven project involvement in plant engineering or energy technology.
- Professional experience in primary electrical engineering, specifically with high and medium voltage systems (e.g., AIS/GIS).
- Experience working with relevant technical regulations and standards in the energy sector (e.g., IEC, VDE).
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) is advantageous.
- Routine in using MS Office applications for documentation and project support.
