Job Summary
Join FERCHAU as an IT Support Technician, a full-time role focused on elevating technology solutions for clients. You will be the primary point of contact for internal users, handling IT inquiries and issues across 1st to 3rd level support. Your responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, analyzing and resolving technical problems remotely and on-site, and administering IT systems and networks. You'll also support rollouts, updates, and migrations, documenting solutions and managing the knowledge base. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Specialist for Application Development, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Experience in IT Support (1st to 3rd Level)
- Professional experience in system and network administration
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments
- Experience with common Office applications
- Basic experience in network technology and IT security
