Job Summary

As a Building Technology Operations Manager, you will lead technical and infrastructural teams within your designated properties, overseeing all technical processes and ensuring quality assurance. Your role involves managing the economic aspects of facility management contracts, controlling revenues and costs, and adhering to budgets. You will be responsible for fulfilling contractual obligations, communicating with clients and authorities, and coordinating various service areas for FM clients. This position requires a technical or commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in facility management, or a degree in building services engineering, engineering, or facility management, along with proven experience in technical operations and commercial property management. Strong knowledge of occupational safety, team leadership, and MS Office proficiency are essential.
