Job Summary

As an Operations Manager for Technical Building Management, you will lead technical and infrastructural teams within your assigned properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing all technical processes, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining the economic efficiency of facility management contracts. You will be responsible for revenue and cost control, budget adherence, fulfilling contractual obligations, and coordinating all service areas for FM clients. This role requires strong communication with clients and authorities, and you will be based in Dortmund with your operational area in the Ruhr region.
