As a Cybersecurity Specialist within the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), you will play a crucial role in enhancing cybersecurity for the civil aviation sector. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing technical guidelines for assessing cybersecurity programs, evaluating threats and protective measures for IT systems, and supporting companies and aviation authorities in implementing and overseeing cybersecurity requirements. You will also be responsible for creating informational materials, such as implementation guides and FAQs, for regulated companies. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or FH-Diplom in a relevant technical or IT-focused field such as Computer Science, IT Security, Physics, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering, with some IT experience being desirable.
