Job Summary

This role is for an IT System Administration and Support Specialist within the EDV department of the Bishop's Ordinary, serving as the central IT service provider. You will be responsible for administering and developing the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and end devices. Key duties involve ensuring stable IT operations through monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling support requests (1st and 2nd level) via a ticketing system and IT hotline, with involvement in 3rd level support and technical problem analysis. You will also contribute to IT projects, implement security measures, manage patches and updates, automate recurring tasks, standardize IT processes, and maintain technical documentation. The ideal candidate possesses an IT degree or equivalent education with relevant experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, and scripting skills for automation.
