Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building systems and technical installations. You will be responsible for inspecting buildings and technical equipment for damage and malfunctions, communicating with tenants, coordinating external services, and performing minor repairs. The position also includes supporting maintenance tasks, inspections, and rounds. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (sanitary, heating, air conditioning) or an electronics technician for energy and building technology, or a comparable qualification.
