Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Erlangen, Germany, focusing on the medical technology sector. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and managing connectivity solutions for secure remote access to medical systems, deploying and integrating IT solutions within hospital environments, and creating innovative IT and communication concepts. You will also plan, test, and implement customer-specific IT solutions, provide technical support in a 24/7 IT service environment including on-call duty and shift work, and continuously optimize support processes. The ideal candidate has a background in IT system administration, network technologies, and IT security, with experience in ITIL standards and remote customer support.
