Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner for Energy Systems to join a leading technology company specializing in energy distribution and grid automation. In this role, you will be the key interface between product strategy, market needs, and development teams, driving the agile development of innovative protection and automation solutions for modern energy distribution grids. Your responsibilities include managing and prioritizing the product backlog, translating market and system requirements into technical specifications, coordinating system tests, and supporting architecture checks and release planning. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in electrical engineering or computer science, experience in technical product management or agile product development, and a strong understanding of protection technology, embedded systems, or firmware/software development. Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English are essential for this position based in Berlin.
