Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the independent commissioning of KNX and JUNG system solutions at customer sites, performing fault analysis, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues. You will provide expert technical support to customers, partners, and the field service team, both on-site and remotely. The position requires meticulous documentation of service calls in the CRM system and close collaboration with support, development, and sales teams to enhance products and processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical trade (e.g., Electrician for Energy and Building Technology / Electrical Installer). Further training as a Technician/Master Craftsman or a degree in Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience in commissioning and fault diagnosis of complex electrical systems
- Experience with KNX and building system technology
- Experience in the electrical trade
