Your role will involve analyzing and resolving technical issues and complaints, providing expert technical support to customers and partners, and ensuring efficient, customer-oriented service delivery. You will also maintain service records in the CRM system and collaborate with internal teams to optimize products and processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical trades, specific knowledge of KNX and building system technology, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical trade (e.g., Electrician for Energy and Building Technology / Electrical Installer). Further training as a Technician/Master Craftsman or a degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
Experience
- Professional experience in commissioning KNX and JUNG systems
- Experience in fault analysis and resolution of technical issues
- Experience in providing technical support to customers and partners
- Experience with CRM systems for documentation
