Job Summary
This role involves guiding and developing apprentices in IT and soft skills, fostering their professional and personal growth. You will deliver practical, motivating training, design new learning methods, and implement innovative concepts, both in-person and digitally. A key aspect is collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure apprentices are well-prepared for their future careers. You will also handle administrative tasks related to vocational training and stay updated on new technologies and teaching methodologies. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on young talent's development within a dynamic team.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field; alternatively, completed apprenticeship in IT with further qualification in commercial areas and strong IT competence.
