Job Summary

Join a leading industrial sensor and automation technology provider as a Modern Workplace Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID. You will also implement and advance Zero-Trust, security, and compliance concepts, and support the migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud. The position involves developing automated solutions using PowerShell and Power Automate, establishing standardized processes for clients and M365 workloads, and managing MDM solutions like Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration, deep knowledge of Intune, and proficiency in PowerShell, with a structured, solution-oriented approach to efficiency and automation.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration - IT Specialist System Integration)

Experience

Deep experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and cloud services
Profound knowledge in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
Very good knowledge in PowerShell; experience with Power Automate is an advantage
Experience with Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux end devices
Professional experience in IT
