Job Summary

As the Head of IT Business Relationship Management at JUMO, you will lead and develop a dedicated team acting as the central bridge between global business departments and the IT organization. You will serve as a strategic partner driving digital transformation, advising subsidiaries on IT solution selection, and overseeing the global demand management process. Your day-to-day involves managing the IT roadmap, prioritizing internal requirements, and negotiating complex license and support contracts in collaboration with procurement. Required Skills

Education

Experience

Proven track record in the successful implementation of digitalization projects
Extensive experience in contract negotiations and management
Professional experience in multi-project management is considered an advantage
Experience acting as a central interface between business units and IT departments
