Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer specializing in civil engineering, focusing on billing and specifications. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent creation, review, and optimization of tender documents for underground pipe construction and electrical installation. You will validate quantity surveys, calculations, and billing according to HOAI/VOB, and fully support the measurement process, surface acceptances, and negotiation/processing of change orders. The position involves creating and implementing billing and performance analyses for infrastructure and network expansion projects, standardizing civil engineering tender documents, and continuously optimizing billing processes. You will also contribute to tender documents for internal and external framework agreement partners and review billing statuses and approved measurements for accuracy. This role requires coordination of engineering services along construction and task processes, combining technical expertise, analytical thinking, and efficient execution.
