Join Akkodis as a Service Desk Employee, acting as the primary point of contact for IT users to ensure seamless support. The ideal candidate has IT training or a comparable qualification, initial experience in IT user support, and proficiency with MS Windows and ticketing systems. Strong customer focus, communication skills, and fluency in German with good English are essential.
