Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker (System Integration), IT specialist for system integration, or Kaufmann/Kauffrau for Digitalization Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT service and support
- Experience with automatic software distribution tools (e.g., Matrix42/Empirum)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with remote support tools
