Job Summary

Join Swissbit, a leading European manufacturer of storage and security solutions, as a Process Engineer focused on the mechanical backend of wafer processes. You will play a crucial role in developing and technically supporting these processes, working at the intersection of manufacturing, quality, and assembly. Your day-to-day will involve optimizing process parameters to ensure high yield, stable serial production, and reproducible product quality. You will analyze defect mechanisms like chipping and crack formation, and ensure the quality of wafers and dies for downstream processes such as Die Attach and Wire Bonding. This role requires a strong analytical approach to root-cause analysis, process qualification, and statistical evaluation, collaborating closely with production, quality, and external partners.
