Job Summary

This role involves leading the Central Departmental Affairs within the Social Welfare Department, focusing on steering, service, and support processes. You will be responsible for creating the conditions for efficient and professional task fulfillment by various units. Key duties include supporting departmental leadership in personnel, organizational, and financial matters, strategically developing the department, and driving innovation, particularly in digitalization. You will also represent the department's interests in various committees and with external authorities, and manage finances, reporting, controlling, HR, legal affairs, IT, and internal operations. The position requires a scientific university degree (Master's, Diploma) in fields like Public Administration or Public Management, or equivalent civil service qualification, along with at least two years of leadership experience. Experience in project management, finance, or HR is beneficial, as is prior public service experience. Strong leadership, social competence, and a commitment to diversity are essential.

Completed scientific university studies (e.g., Master's, Diploma) in Public Administration, Public Management, or Municipal Administrative Management, OR qualification for career level 2, second entry level, in General Services.

Experience
