Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Officer within the Electrical Engineering department for the Building Management division of the City of Hanover. You will be responsible for the conceptual design, planning, and construction supervision of electrical systems (power, lighting, lightning protection) and elevator systems across a diverse portfolio including schools, swimming pools, and administrative buildings. Day-to-day tasks include managing all HOAI phases, preparing cost estimates, handling tenders, and overseeing on-site construction and billing. The position also focuses on modernizing charging infrastructure and photovoltaic systems.
