Job Summary

The Center for Digital Technologies (DIGIT) at TU Clausthal is seeking a Lecturer for Special Tasks to join their team. This full-time, fixed-term position for five years involves significant teaching and project coordination within the Master's program in Digital Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading first-semester master projects, developing and adapting necessary software environments, and conceptualizing new project-accompanying courses with a focus on communication and intercultural competencies, especially for international students. The role also includes developing teaching materials, conducting course evaluations, and supporting the creation of project-based teaching concepts. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma/Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or similar field

Experience

  • Professional experience in teaching/knowledge transfer (desirable)

  • Experience with SCRUM, Design Thinking, or other project/innovation methodologies (desirable)
  • Experience in creating digital teaching and learning materials (e.g., MOOCs) (desirable)
