Job Summary

Regionetz GmbH is seeking a Master Technician or Technician specialized in MSB-WAN Technology for their Customer Installation department in Aachen. This full-time, permanent role involves ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations, managing projects, and optimizing processes. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining WAN communication expertise for the iMSys mass rollout, integrating various WAN technologies, and performing system integration. Responsibilities also include programming, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with measurement systems and communication devices, both remotely and on-site. Additionally, you will conduct training, share information on WAN communication, and handle operational planning, monitoring, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational qualification combined with a technician/master craftsman qualification, strong IT skills in databases, SAP Plant Maintenance, and M365, and a driver's license class B.
