Job Summary
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all administrative and payroll-related HR processes, contributing to efficient, service-oriented, and modern personnel management. Your daily tasks will include preparing and executing monthly payroll, handling all HR processes from employee entry to exit, creating and maintaining employment contracts and certificates, and managing digital personnel files and time accounts. You will serve as a point of contact for employees, health insurance providers, authorities, and external bodies on payroll and HR matters, and support employees with their HR-related concerns. The role also involves maintaining employee master data, generating HR statistics, creating reports, and participating in HR projects to optimize processes. Ideally, you will have knowledge or initial experience in occupational safety. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Tax Assistant) or further qualification in Human Resources
Experience
- Professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- Experience in handling employee lifecycle processes (entry to exit)
- Experience as a point of contact for employees and external bodies
- Experience in creating and managing HR documents and records
- Experience with HR statistics and reporting
