Job Summary
Join Bioland, Germany's largest organic association, as an IT Specialist focused on CRM system development. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stable operation and continuous optimization of the CAS genesisWorld CRM system, including its WebClient and App. Your daily tasks will involve configuring and maintaining the system, analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions, implementing system enhancements, and documenting changes. You will also contribute to process analysis, digitalization efforts, data and interface analysis, and provide user support and training materials. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the sustainable agricultural and food industry while working in a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates possess a relevant degree, experience in business processes or system support, and strong communication skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Information Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration (with IT focus), or a comparable qualification
Experience
- First to several years of experience in areas such as business processes, system support, or project management
- Professional experience with common software and hardware (e.g., Office, Teams, CRM systems)
- Experience in programming, scripting, or query languages is desirable
