Hardware Engineer | Hardwareentwickler (m/w/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to independently develop electronic hardware solutions for innovative systems, including lighting, intelligent surfaces, and E/E systems. This role involves defining the overall mechatronic concept and system specifications, creating and managing technical development documentation according to automotive standards, and performing layout/schematic design with electrical and thermal simulations. You will conceptualize new product ideas, technology platforms, and key components, while also developing test specifications and participating in testing. The position requires active engagement in interdisciplinary teams using agile development methods, conducting design qualification, and supporting the design-in process for new HW solutions with clients. You will manage projects with numerous interfaces, including international ones, coordinating with customers and suppliers.
