Job Summary

This role involves the independent development of electronic hardware solutions for innovative systems, specifically focusing on lighting, intelligent surfaces, and E/E systems within the automotive sector. As a Hardware Developer, you will define mechatronic concepts and system specifications while creating and monitoring technical documentation according to strict automotive standards. Your day-to-day will involve circuit design and layout using Altium Designer and Mentor Expedition, including thermal and electrical simulations. You will play a pivotal role in interdisciplinary agile teams, contributing to product ideas and technology platforms. This position is unique for its blend of creative conceptual work—such as developing circuit topologies—and practical project management involving international coordination with customers and suppliers.
