Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing all technical production processes within SMT manufacturing, focusing on optimizing placement machine programs and enhancing process reliability. You will ensure the smooth operation of the entire production line, including planning and executing maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a technical education (Electronics or Mechatronics), supplemented by further training as a technician, and have practical experience with SMT placement machines, preferably FUJI. Strong PC skills, familiarity with CAD data and database structures, excellent technical understanding, and a self-organized, problem-solving approach are essential for success in this dynamic manufacturing environment.
