Job Summary

LINTEC Electronics, a seasoned provider of electronic assembly and device manufacturing services, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to expand their sales team. In this role, you will cultivate new customer potential, nurture existing partnerships, and manage projects from quotation through to series production. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical understanding, experience within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector, and a confident demeanor. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, actively acquiring new EMS clients, conducting market analysis, planning sales initiatives, overseeing quotations, and representing the company at industry events.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or completed training as a state-certified technician in Electronics.

Experience

Solid, multi-year professional experience in sales within an industrial/manufacturing services company.
Proven success orientation in sales.
Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods, particularly in electronic assembly and device production.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in customer acquisition within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector.
