Job Summary

Join our team in Berlin as an IT/OT Infrastructure Professional to shape the business and system requirements for our plant's IT infrastructure. You will analyze and assess these requirements, prioritize them, develop solutions, and implement them in collaboration with IT and Information Security teams. Your role will involve defining technical and process standards for the IT infrastructure, coordinating implementation with internal and external partners, and optimizing processes and infrastructure for continuous improvement. This position requires a technical IT-focused degree, several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure (preferably in a plant environment), and expertise in planning, designing, and administering complex network infrastructures, firewalls, and machine integration. Strong understanding of information security and plant infrastructure requirements, structured work methods, teamwork, and the ability to communicate complex technical matters to management are essential. Very good German and good English skills are also required.
