Job Summary

This leadership role is responsible for managing the Organization and Human Resources department, overseeing seven direct reports within a city administration of approximately 650 employees. The position involves the strategic development of internal administrative and organizational structures, including analyzing, steering, and optimizing processes, driving digitalization, and ensuring efficient and legally compliant operations. Key responsibilities also include the strategic planning and development of personnel, overall accountability for payroll, budget control, and advising management on HR and organizational matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and social skills, strategic and analytical thinking, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive, responsible approach.
