Job Summary

This role involves working for the Great District Town of Geislingen an der Steige within the office of the joint Valuation Committee. As a Real Estate Appraiser, you will be responsible for the independent preparation of market value reports for both developed and undeveloped land in accordance with the German Building Code (BauGB) and the Real Estate Value Ordinance (ImmoWertV). Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating and conducting on-site inspections, analyzing notarial sales deeds, and managing the purchase price collection database (WinAKPS). You will also play a key role in analyzing the local real estate market and determining standard ground values (Bodenrichtwerte).
