Job Summary

We are seeking an engaging Instructor to join our team, focusing on the practical training of apprentices and professionals in electrical engineering, installation technology, and control systems. You will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical knowledge, including electrical components, protective devices, installation and measurement protocols, schematic creation, safety regulations (DIN VDE), and accident prevention. The role also involves guiding and evaluating participant progress, fostering their personal and social development, and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Electronics Technician, Master Craftsman, Technician, or degree in Electrical Engineering), strong communication skills, and a passion for sharing knowledge. While not mandatory initially, we support obtaining the 'Ausbildereignungsverordnung' (AEVO) certification.
