Job Summary

This role involves training and educating individuals in the fields of electrical engineering, installation technology, and control engineering. You will be responsible for imparting practical knowledge and skills, covering topics such as electrical components, protective devices, commissioning of electrical systems, creating circuit diagrams, safety regulations (DIN VDE), and accident prevention. A key part of the role includes guiding and evaluating participants' learning progress, fostering their personal and social development, and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant vocational qualification (preferably electrician or similar), a master craftsman's or technician's certificate, a relevant degree, or equivalent. Strong communication skills and a passion for electrical engineering are essential. The position offers a secure, permanent contract with a 38-hour week and opportunities for further training.
