Job Summary
We are seeking a Building Automation Technician to manage, maintain, and modernize our building automation and network systems. Your day-to-day will involve optimizing energy consumption, programming control logics for systems like Siemens S7 and BACnet, integrating new components, and developing efficient work processes for control rooms and trades. You will also be responsible for training staff on emergency procedures and identifying/resolving security vulnerabilities within our technical systems. This role requires a Technician, Master, or Engineer degree in MSR-T echnic or a comparable field, with expertise in building management systems (Desigo CC), control cabinet construction, programming (BACnet, Siemens S7/PX), and network technology. The position offers a stable, permanent contract and the opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency and safety of a specialized hospital.
Required Skills
Education
Technician, Master, or Engineer degree (MSR-Technik or comparable)
Experience
- Professional experience as a Technician, Master, or Engineer in MSR-Technik or a comparable field.
- Experience with building management systems (e.g., Desigo CC).
- Experience in programming and automation (e.g., BACnet, Siemens S7/PX, KNX).
- Experience in network technology and electrical engineering.
- Experience in reading technical drawings, automation schematics, and electrical plans.
- Experience in process management, including development, documentation, and risk assessment.
- Experience with cybersecurity in technical systems.

Additional
- Must be able to read technical drawings, automation schematics, and electrical plans. Experience with hospital processes and resilience in stressful situations is beneficial. Preference given to applicants with severe disabilities if equally qualified.
