Job Summary

This role involves independently and team-orientedly managing projects related to electrical building services for residential, commercial, and special buildings. You will be responsible for planning, project engineering, and executing HOAI service phases 1 to 9, including construction supervision, quality control, and deadline monitoring. The position also includes providing consulting services during technical inspections and building assessments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, or be a technician or master in building services or electrical engineering, with at least two years of relevant professional experience and familiarity with relevant regulations (DIN, VOB A-C, HOAI) and CAD/calculation software.
