Job Summary

This role involves the independent and team-oriented processing or management of projects within building services, with a specific focus on electrical engineering. You will be responsible for the planning and design of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and special buildings, covering all HOAI service phases (1-9). The position also includes providing consulting services during project work and participating in ongoing training. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or be a qualified technician/master in building services or electrical engineering, possessing at least 5 years of relevant experience as a specialist planner. Knowledge of construction laws, technical building regulations, HOAI, and VOB is essential. Familiarity with specific software like DDSCad, Trimble Nova, and MS Office is desirable.
