Job Summary

This role involves leading electrical engineering construction projects from initial preparation and planning through to organization and execution. You will be responsible for conceptualization and planning across all phases of the HOAI (German service phases for architects and engineers), including creating detailed specifications and cost comparisons. The position requires steering projects to ensure they meet cost, timeline, and quality objectives, while also developing technical alternatives with a strong focus on economic viability. The ideal candidate will have a degree in energy and building technology, electrical engineering, or a related field, or a trade qualification with further specialization. A minimum of 3-5 years of independent project planning and execution experience is essential.
